If you copy the old onconfig to /opt/informix/etc/, this will result in
problems, if you have edited the file with vim, joe or other editor.
Take the original onconfig and only use onmonitor to change parameters.
There are 2 parsers in oninit, one dislikes unicode and lets oninit
crash with a shared memory error (i can reproduce this always). The
other parser dislikes also unicode, but informix crashed later, at the
first network connect. onconfig then is reparsed and crashes without
error. You can remove shared mem with ipcrm ....
