As long as the title clearly states that it is a job posting and the job is relevant to the news group I am willing to put up with the extra news group traffic. I am not interested in changing jobs so I don't subscribe to the news groups that list jobs, but the position openings give me a flavor of where I stand and what the job market is like. And, if a perfect job match came up... --- I am not trying to argue for posting jobs in news groups, just stating my personal feelings. Mason Wexler Los Angeles, California
