One of the SQL field is 40 charachters long and I would like to truncate to 20 characters. How would I do in INFORMIX/SQL report? I am using the INFORMIX/SQL report to generate the reports. Is there anyway I can use this report in conjuction with INFORMIX/SQL form? The reason is that I would like user to select a records using the form and then use the report (that I created) instead of standard reports. Thanks. Ruchi.
