Invalid Mutex Type

We have recently upgraded our AIX machine from Online DS 7.13 to 7.23. Since then we have had numerous system crashes with Invalid Mutex Type. It always happens on the same thread (9) in the same line of mt.c. Of course when the system crashes, we lose any oninit processes or shared memory dumps. Does anyone know of a way to trace the problem, or has anyone had the same problem. Regards, Paul.
