This is not explicitly possible in versions <= 7.2x, though frequently used tables should remain in the buffers via the LRU queueing mechanism. In the 7.3 release of OnLine we have scheduled a feature that will allow you to specify that certain data will remain in RAM. This version is in QA and testing right now.
