However, I'm sure that FourGen is still available and is in the price range, so you might not have to move outside of Informix at all. You could also get hold of Mach 4 who also have an Informix-4GL based accounting solution, although I'm not sure of the pricing. The costs of migrating to Oracle if you have Informix skills are non-trivial. It's not just a matter of recompiling and off you go.
