Try setting all of the following:
SHMMAX: 409600000
SHMMIN: 1
SHMALL: 512
SHMMNI: 100
SHMSEG: 6
SEMMNI: 8192
SEMMNS: 8192
SEMMAP: 8192
SEMMNU: 100
SEMMSL: 25
Now recompile the kernel and try again. All of the above parms are
required.
