USER CPU Usage

Hi All, We are running Informix Dynamic Server 9.40 FC3 on Red Hat Linux Enterprise 3 Server environment on HP Itanium Server. Informix is using more of User CPU than System CPU. Is it ok with the system or we need to tune it inorder to reduce the usage of USER CPU. Kindly help me in this regards. Thanks and regards, Arvind. Patkar
