onstat -g ses ANd Process ID

HI ,, What does the onstat -g ses does , I observe that when I execute the command it gives me memory information . It says that informix is using like 45MB of memeory where our server and Silicon graphics 6.2 irix has some 2 GB of Memory.How can we tune the servr so as to use maximum extent of the memory resources available. We also observed that some processes with process ID -1 are running and they never stop die after 1 hour or so on their own without doin any work but hogging our resources badly.Can Anyone tell how to kill these processess as soon as they get a process Id of "-1" Thanks, Sudhakar (Informix Developer)
