There are quite a few very good ideas which will help pushing Informix if IBM takes them seriously. Please feel free to send me further ideas (eric@herber-consulting.de). We have already received a feedback, directly from Anant Jhingran's which is the CTO of the IBM Information Management division and a big fan of IDS.
