Info needed about Praxis-Omni-Replicator

Hello cdi folks, I was just wondering whether anybody has used Omnireplicator by Praxis. I did go through their web page, they are talking about the same thing which Informix talking about CDR (Continuous data replication). My questions are that, is Informix is going to buy the software from Praxis??.Any omnireplicator user out their give me some details like how it works, how easy/difficult to configure/maintain/manage ??.
