installing SE 4.1 DOS on W2K ?

Hello, I installed a runtime version of Informix SE 4.1 on an HP/UX 9 machine around 1992 or so, and developed an application (on my W3.11 PC) that's still running despite the Y2K bug. My client now requires some modifications, and I'd like to install my DOS development system on my current PC which is running under W2k Pro. I can't seem to organise the memory management so that PStartSQ will run. Can anyone remember far enough back to help me set it up ? (or perhaps I'll just have to dig out an old PC under DOS from somewhere and install it on that ?) Any comments welcome, Chris.
