NewEra 2.2/Crystal Reports Query

Hi, I am currently developing an application using INFORMIX-NewEra v2.2 and am trying to use the Crystal ver 5.0 NewEra Class Library. I managed to get it to work, but I need to have the ability to choose a printer. The manual suggests calling the Windows common Print Setup dialog box. I have tried using the Microsoft Visual C++ ver 1.5 libraries and header files with a NewEra Interface class, but the Application Builder objects to code in the afx.h file(the newEra part compiles nicely). Any suggestions? I've never tried to use C++ code in NewEra before, so I could be going about it completely wrong. Hopefully I'll be moving out of NewEra 2.2, but I was hoping to get this functionality in the current version.
