Does anyone know what Informix charges for support if you don't have a support contract?

The lowest level of support I am aware of is Informix-Inquire support which is $995/year and includes 5 support cases (Add $750 to add an additional 5 cases), TechInfo center and membership. Informix-Assurance adds maintenance and minor enhancement release updates and preferential pricing for major version and product/platform trade ups (cost unknown). Informix-OpenLine adds unlimited daytime direct to the engineer telephone support, case escalation privelege, with options to add 24x7 and after hours support and to upgrade to Enterprise or Regency support.
