Code analyser for 4GL

Hi, I am wondering if someone knows about a freeware tool that will analyse informix-4GL code and ouput information such as function call hierarchy, in which source file is a function defined, variable scope and possibly other information ? I nerver saw such a tool but I think it could be useful to a programmer when dealing with unknown or complex code.
