We had to buy from a VAR, and as supplier of our hardware CSF was nominated. They would not be my choice as they spell database with an O and told us we could not use raw disk. Our senior managers seem to have a 'relationship' with them though. Still It could get a lot worse, the next shipment could be O. It is a pity you cannot wean your children off cardboard and on to plastic as I would then have somewhere to send the 232 CDs.
We would also be glad to contribute some surplus CDROMs. Just send shipping instructions :-) For the past year we have been getting duplicate shipments of media for IBM product (Tivoli) we never ordered, bought, downloaded, evaluated, or touched in any way throughout all of recorded history. Yet IBM insisted on sending us the stuff, and refused to remove us from their Tivoli contacts database. (Said it would violate their data policy to remove information). This was the same period in which we were having Passport Advantage difficulties.
