Israeli References

As part of a study we're doing for a client, I'd like to check into the quality of the support provided in Israel for the following databases: MS-SQL Server Oracle Informix If you are using any of those products and could briefly give me your impressions on the quality of their Israeli support, I'd appreciate it. Also, if you know of local Users Groups, that would also help. Please e-mail your responses directly. Thanks very much in advance.
