Passport Advantage - for want of a better name

We have been using passport advantage for some months very successfully. However we have recently found that our passwords no longer worked. When I checked with the person who gave us the account and password they told me that there was a problem with passport advantage and that an interim fix would be available in November. Now I seem to recall some IBM advertising about "on demand" or is that I different IBM? regards Malcolm
