Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

--> Very old DAT file. Can I view?
I don't know if this helps, but the DAT file is a pure dump of
the data in the system. If all the fields are char, then you can
just view the file with any editor, assuming you can either
access the file now of ftp it onto your machine.
The single .DAT file would need an accompanying .IDX file and
lots of files beginning with SYSxxxx.DAT and SYSxxxx.idx for you
to be able to use ODBC or SQL against it.
