Re: An apology for Don Erway by Dan Fishman, President, NDC Systems

Hi Elliot, and all. >>>>> "ell" == Ell <ell@access1.digex.net> writes: ell> We need to support Erway big time on this. Please call the number ell> below, or e-mail Daniel Fishman about the real deal. All for one, one ell> for all, and all that. You could be next. I appreciate the good thought, but I actually need no help. The message was not from Dan Fishman. If you look closely at the Path: field of the supposed apology, you will notice that it was posted from concentric.net, which is not NDC's ISP. Further, you will see an Organization: field that says something about databases, which is not NDC's business. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >>>>> some forger writes: Path: nntp-server.caltech.edu!ferrari.mst6.lanl.gov!newshost.lanl.gov!ncar! elroy.jpl.nasa.gov!decwrl!news.PBI.net!news.mathworks.com!news.kei.com!n ntp.coast.net!news2.acs.oakland.edu!newsfeed.concentric.net!news ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Organization: NDC Systems - "Managing your database needs into the 21st century." ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Concentric.net is attempting to track down the culprit, (as if we don't know). The real Dan Fishman has already received messages of support for my contributions to all the groups I participate in. And messages from people who noticed that it was a forgery.
