Execute Application wirtten in NewEra 3.12

I've an application written in NewEra 3.12. The application consists of 1 executable and about 60 dlls. Each time I execute this application, it takes a very long time to display the first window. Can someone please advice me if there is a way for the application to run faster. Thank you Kiat
