Why do they not just create a few web pages and email a link to them. They do not have to make it hard. When I did a 1 day IBM marketing course in 1983, they said you should avoid all the hurdles a purchaser might have to jump over. They do not seem to apply this to their own marketing. My experience 1 You have a screen to enter your email address ( this could be embedded in the link from your email) 2 You have ANOTHER screen to enter you password 3 You have ANOTHER screen to update your personal details if you want to or not. (Believe it or not, I already know my own name) 4 I go back to 3 OK I give up. They can stuff their Icon program up their jacksy. (And I am using IE6.)(and it is the same in Firefox 1) F**ked off of Stevenage _______________________________________________________________________ This email has been scanned for all known viruses by the MessageLabs Email Security System. _______________________________________________________________________ sending to informix-list
