I will design the database system on RS6000 with INFORMIX. I want to know the experience with INFORMIX(i have not decided whether INFORMIX-SQL or INFORMIX-4GL or Original INFORMIX is used yet) handling this kind of need, esp in Trouble-ticket system. Performance and portablity should be considered. Since we will use X motif for whole design of Interface, I also want to know how to combine the INFORMIX interface with designing of our MOTIF interface. Duanyang
