Move and resize rootdbs

Our hole database (2,5 GB) in currently in only 1 DBSPACE the rootdbs I know that this is horrible but I didn't installed it, it was SIEMENS. Now I get a new Raid-System which is very much faster and I want to move my rootdbs to this RAID and I want to create new DBSPACES for TEMP, LOG and DATA and want the rootdbs resize to approx. 300 MB. How can I do it ? Must I move the data with dbexport and dbimport into the new DATA-DBSPCAES and recreate the rootdbs with an oninit -i after I changed the size in onconfig and changed the Link to my new RAID ??
