Anyone using Text Datablades

I'm considering Informix for an application which requires boolean searching in text columns. There are various text datablades which appear to support this, such as the Informix Text Datablade, the Verity Text Datablade, the Excalibur Text Datablade, etc. Is anyone using any of these? Any comments on how easy/difficult they are to implement and use and how well they perform.
