Re: editor + faq?

We use Reflection from Walker Richer Quinn for our terminal emulator. The package comes with ftp client, nfs, and lots of other goodies but you don't have to install all of them. Its pretty bulletproof. Some of my troops use pico for an editor, which is I believe from the same folks who brought us pine email. Personally, I have to admit I still use vi. But, with Reflection, if you had a favorite windoze based editor, you could ftp your source in a jiffy.....I am assuming (I know, I KNOW) an ethernet or other network type connection to your host. rc On 23 Sep 98 at 18:50, WF Software wrote: > john@hullmedp.demon.co.uk (John Kennerley) wrote: > > > Are the any basic guides to writing ISQL reports from a a win95 pc to a > > unix > > SERVER > > (unix 4). > > > > > > > > We do not want to use vi anymore ? > > Why, it still takes some beating > > > > > Cannot anybody recomend a good terminal emulator and editor ? > > I like Host Access, Pixel Innovations, but comes bundled with Sun > PCNFS/Solstice Client.
