How are you accessing your SLOBs? We use the BTS blade, and have been told
that it is incompatible with DBEXPORT/DBIMPORT. (even the -ss doesn't work.)
When we want to transfer the specific db between servers, we need to drop the
indexes, transfer the data, and then recreate the indexes. Otherwise the index
pointers become corrupted and we get those exact same errors.
BTW, ontape will only work if the entire instance is being moved. If you only
want some of the databases and SLOBs, then you are stuck doing it the long way.

Redo the migration but differently.Since the version of IDS is the same
(hopefully your OS is also the same?) then use ontape to back up and restore
this ontape on the new server. You can even restore w/o backing up to save
time transferring the backup file. Let's go GreenThis email contains 100%
