ifx Clone

Im running a clone process and it seems to be taking a long time (4 hours for the first 50GB space) Is this a normal speed? I cloned a smaller server and it took about 10 minutes for 20 GB. We also we noticed that there are ALOT of IO errors. we want to stop the clone process and fix this problem. If I 'kill' the clone process on the target server, how will that affect the source server? Thanks Laurie
