Any problems with INF 4.0 and SunOS upgrade?

The systems people want to upgrade the operating system to 4.1.1. I figure this is probably safe, but still, I'm wondering whether anyone knows of any problems: Do I need to get a version of Informix designed for SunOS 4.1.1 before I let them upgrade the machine?
