This two header files are not there indeed. Just to commiserate, We have encountered this exact same problem. We gave a program to one of our 7.3 clients which we built using 7.23, but it won't run on 7.3, as we get an error on connect, "wrong # of parameters sent to sqlexec". I suspect the isqlt07c.DLL won't work with 7.3-TC3; but to use the isqlt09a.DLL, we would need to recompile with the (bad) ESQL/C. We've called our informix tech-support guy, who is struggling to find a way to take a virgin 7.3 install and make ESQL work. We're still waiting... The default 7.3.TC3 install apparently installs the 9.14 ("Universal Server") esql compiler, but it does not install the necessary include files.
