PERFORM and fragmentation

I am trying to query a table in 7.01 using PERFORM in isql 4.10. When I try to generate a form a use it for a query, I receive the following errors: Rowids do not exist on the table The cursor or statement is not available Is this error caused by fragmenting the table across dbspaces?
