Grouping problems in 4GL report (4.1)

Does anyone know a work around for the following problem? In a 4GL report the 2nd and subsequent page headers (there is no first page header statement, only page header) contain previous page fields data. Yet we have have a before group of field # code which sets header field values skip to top of page So, as you can see, the page header is being set up correctly prior to the skip. Any ideas?
