Request: Dbspace Space Checker Routine

How anyone written a routine that checks for one or more of the following conditions and send an email when the conditions are detected 1. Not enough free space available for the largest "next extent size" table to fit within the largest remaining FREE space within its dbspace. 2. Not enough free space available for the largest "next extent size" index to fit within the largest remaining FREE space within its dbspace. The email would list the dbspace and all the items within it that cannot successfully grow in the largest remaining FREE space currently available. [FREE is the block of unused space listed within a oncheck -pe report.] I know the SAP Informix tool can make these checks but I have not seen anything outside of SAP that makes these checks --- and that is what I am hoping to find before attempting to write such a program myself.
