Q: ESQL/C connect errors

I have a Fortran program that calls "wrapped" C functions containing ESQL/C calls. When the Fortran program attempts to connect to the database, one user gets a SQLSTATE of IX000 with the message "Incorrect password or user %s is not known on the database server". Another user works just fine. Both users have the same environment script loaded, and both are able to connect to the database using dbaccess from the command line on our UNIX box. Can anyone give me some guidance on this problem? I would be most appreciative. Sincerely, Troy Peterson
