You probably have 4 tbinit's because you have cleaners set to 3 (1 tbinit for master deamon, and 3 tbinits that are page cleaners). As for SZ=27500, that doesn't have to be a problem is SZ includes shared memory as part of a process size. I'm not sure if SCO includes that or not but you could play around with your shared memory size and see if the value of SZ changes which would indicate that shared memory is included in SZ. If SZ does include shared memory then having a SZ of 27500 isn't bad...assuming that your have a pretty good hunk of shared memory out there.
