NewEra 2.20 and the 1363 error

Hi! I am using NewEra 2.20 with Windows 3.11. The database server is an Informix Online 7.10 on a SparcStation under Solaris 2.4. My NewEra application consists of a 2.5 MB exe-file with 2 dll-files. Every now and then I am getting the 1363 error message: 'a fatal internal error occured. Application terminating!'. What really frustrates me about this message is that I can't reproduce it. Sometimes I can repeat the sequence of actions that led to the error message before for hours without getting the message again. Other times the error message occures immediately after launching the application - even before the main window gets displayed! Therefore I can't believe that the error is due to an programming error of me (e.g. using a null object). I'm absolutely sure that there is no virus on my computer and that there can't be any interference with other applications. The only software that is installed on my machine is MS-DOS 6.22, Windows 3.11 (for Workgroups), MS-TCP/IP, NewEra 2.20 and MS-Visual C++ 1.51. Does anybody have any idea? Julia
