onbar question

I'm trying to get the "onbar" backup/restore utility for Informix to work. According to the /tmp/bar_act.log file, we're missing the "ibsad001.so" library. Is this library part of the regular distribution of Informix On-line Dynamic Server v7.22UC2? I'm looking at creating unattended backups to a hard disk. If anybody has any suggestions or alternatives to ontape or onbar, I'd be glad to get some input. Thanks.
