Altavista knows where to find it... Entry 32 on page 4 of the search for isqltcl yields the site: http://www.pk.edu.pl/pub/lang/tcl/alcatel/extensions/ It has the code. Other sites show that it is for Tcl 7.5 and allows Windows machines to access Informix databases.
