ER: command to access information

Hi, Is there a command in informix similar to sp_help in sybase which gives=20 Information about an object such as a table? For example to find out The columns in a table and it's indexes? Lately I have been working off = the=20 Schema which I extracted but it would be good to find it by issuing a = command.
