RTFM -- eg Informix Guide to SQL: Reference Version 7.1, Chapter 2. The primary info is in SysConstraints (ConstrType = 'R'). The secondary info is in SysIndexes. Tertiary info is in SysTables referenced via SysConstraints.TabID and SysIndexes.TabID.
