Mikko, Customers run into this problem are usually told to do one of: - Copy itoxmsg.pam to citoxmsg.pam - Find citoxmsg.pam from their Client SDK and copy it to $INFORMIXDIR/msg - Install Client SDK in the same place as IDS. This is fixed in Version 9 and 10. That file is on $INFORMIXDIR/msg and is accessible for everyone. I searched many many FAQs about that but nothing helped.
