We had/have similar issues with PA. I was told that anyone who had the "Gold Bundle" has had their updates put on hold, of course they didn't bother telling us about it. When I called looking for an IDS greater than 9.40.FC4 they told me that the hold had been lifted and everyone should get the updates over the next few weeks. I would agree with Neil, it should be as simple as flipping switch but apparently there is a lot of manual labor involved, thus it takes a while. --- Neil Truby <neil.truby@ardenta.com> wrote: > "David E. I just visited the PA site of one of our customers who were sold the Gold Bundle a year or two back, and v10 IS available to them for download.

We also have the "Gold Bundle". That was its own separate round of frustration. First, I had to explain what the gold bundle was. Only then did I get the opportunity to convince them that Informix was an IBM product, and that there was a newer release than 9.4. And, BTW, the link to our 9.4 download was broken. This is after 2 1/2 years of PA. It just keeps getting better all the time. Currently, still no PA access to IDS 10, nor CSDK 2.90. DG
