Well, I have a gentleman's agreement with the client in question not to be too specific. However, I was actually undertaking the support of the site and I know of which I speak. Please note that the bulk of the entertainment value was caused by the gung-ho approach to the migration and the quality of the source, not by the tools or Oracle. Which same I said before. I do not have any axe to grind with Querix, Informix or Oracle. But if I may reiterate my main point: GIVING AWAY THE ORACLE DATABASE LICENSE DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE MIGRATION FROM INFORMIX WILL BE FREE. That was really what I was trying to say. Can we bury this now? I think I've qualified it well enough. :-) ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
