Exporting and Importing Informix

Hi Folks, Can anyone tell me how I can Export an Informix database and Import it into another ? When I try to use dbexport I get the following error "could not initialize the security sub-system, plases ensure that this account has the necessary privileges" thanks in advance

Dbexport/ Dbimport utilites are good old way to do this. You can also use dbschema to create schema file, execute that file on target database, then create project with HPL to unload/load data. I recommend this way only if you have small number of tables with big amount of data (like DSS).
