There's not really a lot of overhead in the 'firing' of the trigger as the
procedure cache should handle keeping quite a few of the stored procedures
in memory anyway. However, if you have a lot of them, there might be some
overhead because stored procedures are pseudo code and the cache might get
full, causing thrashing.
