I would like to elicit a promise from every programmer in the U.S. Please, please refuse to help update the IRS computers. That way when the millenium comes the IRS computers will all think that they are back in the year 1900. Guess What!!! There wasn't an income tax in the U.S then. We wouldn't have to worry about the IRS until 2024. Just think no federal income taxes until 2024. Alicia Carla Longstreet P.S.
