New version of Informix

All, Just when things were getting stable...we decide to move to a new O.S. and version of Informix. Is there anyone running Informix 7.24+ on HPUX 11.0? Has anyone experienced or heard any problems with this setup? Also we are moving to a V2200 HP box (which supports 64 bit O.S., but we are only going to run the 32 bit version 11.0).
