Cascaded Help with 4GL ???

Our Configuration and installation-order: SCO 3.2.4 Informix SQL 4.11.UC1 Informix RDS 4.11.UC1 Informix ID 4.11.UC1 Informix Online 5.01.UD2 We try to implement a cascaded Help-System, meaning that on every press on F1 the Help coming up gets more detailed or more global. There seems to be no hint and so no posibility to do this. Is this really right? A short `yes' may be enough OR a hint where to look in the documentation or at which site holding the info.
