fglgo process growing

We have a program that is run by a few users that seems to be growing in memory. if you do a ps -elf the SZ and time of the process seem to grow and eventually, the user will do a find for a document and the process will just hang. The only way out of this is to kill the process. The platform that the user is running is DG4625 running DGUX 5.4.2 running RDS 4.1 SE 4.1. The user's that are reporting the problem load this appication in the morning and us it all day without exiting.
