Powerbuilder still has a good lead over Visual Basic in dealing with databases. Each new release of VB seems to try another completely new half-baked stab at database connectivity (RDO, DAO, etc.). Visual Basic is also not anywhere close to being object-oriented, and if you tell me Visual Basic 6.0 is going to be object-oriented, I have to express doubts. -- William Harris william@carsinfo.com Check out the NAGS spam filter. http://www.nags.org
